Up to 7 days before arrival date:
• The total value of the reservation, minus 3%, will be refunded for reservations paid by credit card.
• If the reservation is not paid by credit card, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.
After 7 days, the entire stay will be charged.
In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged.
